The rules that govern your use of Taxii.ma — what the platform is, what you can do with it, and what we ask in return.
Please read these terms carefully. By downloading the Taxii.ma app or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Taxii.ma.
Taxii.ma is a demand visibility platform. It shows taxi drivers where passengers are waiting, and shows passengers an estimated wait time — without booking a ride, without dispatching a specific driver, and without processing any payment.
The actual pickup always happens in the physical world: a passenger flags down a taxi on the street. Taxii.ma is the signal layer that helps supply (drivers) find demand (passengers) more efficiently.
See live demand heatmaps and drive toward areas where passengers are waiting.
Signal that you need a taxi and receive an estimated wait time. No booking required.
Hotels, receptions, and transport desks that submit group taxi requests on behalf of guests.
Taxii.ma is not a ride-hailing platform, a taxi dispatch service, or a transport operator. We do not employ drivers, set fares, or guarantee the availability of a taxi at any given time or location.
You may use Taxii.ma if you:
Drivers additionally must: hold a valid Moroccan professional taxi licence (autorisation de taxi) and have completed the KYC onboarding process on the platform.
To access most features, you must sign in using a Google or Apple account. By signing in, you authorise us to receive your name, email address, and profile photo from that provider.
As a driver using Taxii.ma you agree to:
As a passenger using Taxii.ma you agree to:

Using the platform to harass, threaten, or discriminate against any person.
Attempting to disrupt, overload, or compromise the security of our servers or infrastructure.
Reselling, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting access to the platform without our written consent.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and — where conduct constitutes a criminal offence under Moroccan law — referral to the appropriate authorities.
Taxii.ma operates on the following commercial model:
